MTNL introduces 3 ‘Ganesh Utsav' special E-Top-Ups, priced at Rs. 111 and Rs.888 and Rs.1515. The E Top Up-111 offers core talk time of Rs.111 while with E Top Up-888 and 1515, subscribers will get BUMBER talktime Rs 1111 and 1919.
