Yarro now a days subscribers budget are less than Rs 150/ month & how can any subscriber can opt it for MTNL net & for others on charges basis. MTNL think n this.This plan is expired come with innovative plans do not rubb again & again to this 3rd class plan.

As per the comment from Mr. Sinha,they will improve in & outdoor network till end of this year then you will find Dolphin better than Voda & Airtel. Please keep patience. 3G & 2G will definitely improve. 1st time MTNL team working hard for this issue.

Asif, Presently in MTNL GSM Mobile service,there is NO Unlimited Plan for MUMBAI-DELHI callings but With Unlimited Local Plan of Rs.399 customer will get Unlimited Local FREE Callings on MTNL Mumbai n/w and also 399 minute FREE on MTNL Delhi N/W. Beyond that all MTNL DELHI N/W calls are chargeable as LOCAL CALLs.To know more call 1503/9869012345
In MTNL Landline plan-:There is one Unlimited Call Plans for Mumbai-Delhi callings just call 1500 from MTNL Phone to know more on that(for lanline plan)

Nowadays hardly there are any users of MTNL..
i think MTNL is having an age old ad campaigning strategy which is not fast enough to comply with the Metro customers standards…in just every aspect… no doubt about the technology front but offers are not so comparable with pvt. telcos!!!!

Yes Yaar we agree on your above comments. I think BSNL doing better than MTNL. They also better in broadband services. MTNL Mumbai GSM need to offer Unlimited GPRS browsing, surfing @ Rs 95/month. Which will definitely popular MTNL Dolphin brand among youngsters, MTNL Delhi already reduced own net unlimited charges from Rs399 to Rs. 250/ but yet Mumbai not thinking on it. Why? Why? To expand other ops business….

Frrreeeeee calls to MTNL Mumbai/Delhi, all 399 Local Smses to MTNL network. what is this, I think they are yet living in 1947′s world of telecom. 10MB data usage free. Thank god not mentioned only MTNL website. This will not attract to new young generation. Require better plans than this to attract other ops subscribers. Need to add Local Video calls 399 mins free to create craze among subscribers about 3G services. 399MB data surfing Free@ lightning fast speed of 3G.
