MTNL Delhi Republic Day Recharge comes for Rs.1950 and will offer hyper talk time of Rs.2601 and will be available in the form of E-Recharge at retailers across Delhi -NCR circle or at 'MTNL Sanchar Haat' till 31st January 2014.
