I am also using the Rs350 3G data pack which provide 1GB in home network as well as in roaming. Even its default plan is very much cheaper. 1p/12 kb which means Re 0.85/MB on 3G network.

Now, I am feeling that MTNL/ BSNL is the best service provider for at least data service (as I am not using their telephony service).
Wherever you go in India- MTNL/ BSNL 3G network (maximum coverage) follows you.
Speed is best @ cheapest tariff.

MTNL, Delhi provided link of a common Recharge website on their webpage- “paytm.com” – which is already doing recharge for MTNL, Delhi.

MTNL, Delhi should open official recharge portal, as other operators provide.
