Loop Mobile Introduces Three New GPRS Pack for Prepaid
Loop Mobile, Mumbai’s very own GSM mobile service operator introduces three new GPRS packs at Rs.29, Rs.49 and Rs.199 per month dubbed as True-Net service for its prepaid subscribers. Loop Mobile subscribers can use this pack to connect Internet from their mobile and PC using mobile phone as modem. Loop Mobile EDGE-enabled strongest network will deliver mobile Internet connectivity at maximum speed between 144 kbps to 234kbps.
The GPRS Pack of Rs.29 will give free downloads of 15 MB while with 49 and 199 packs the Data cap will be 50 MB and 300 MB respectively. Beyond free usage subscriber will be charged at 6 paisa to 10 paisa for 10 KB pulse as per plans. All 3 packs come with the validity of 30 days from the date of recharge.

loop had all faltu plan. i m getting msg that if i recharge with ETOP Rs8 i get 15Mb for 1 month. but no dealer try to recharge my account with Rs8. LOL

dear friend i have also having such problem but on loop/bpl mobile in mumbai .they have cut 200 rupees and when i cal customer care same reply i also got. loop gprs plans are really sucking in mumbai and we also cannot check the remaining balance in MB . they told that wen 100 MB or acording to plan end then charge will b 8p/10Kb but that is relly unfair to me they cut 200 rupees and now telling thats extra usage but i know that i use for very less interval. the customer care executive of loop mobile is worse. they r not helping at all. now i will shifting to loop mobile . please dont take loop mobile number in mumbai circle its very very worse experience for me and if u r netbuddyy then i will be more worse on loop mobile.
Moral: Do not use LOOP GPRS. else your balance will be deducted magically thats is called IDEA of loop and worse customer care in mumbai
