Loop Mobile Introduces Free Inter Calling and SMS For Prepaid Subscribers

Loop Mobile today announced the launch of free inter calling and SMS for Prepaid Subscribers for a lifetime in Mumbai.

This new prepaid offer enables an existing Loop Mobile subscriber to refer unlimited number of subscribers and then avail free inter calling and SMS between the entire group, a product feature not offered in Prepaid till now.

Further the existing subscriber can earn 10% extra talk time based on every new subscriber’s recharge for 1 year additionally new subscriber can get free talktime 15% extra on every topup recharge done for a period of 1 year. This kind of a unique long-term rewarding and value enhancing proposition is first of its kind in the category.

Existing Prepaid subscribers would have to refer as many subscribers as they wish to avail free inter-calling and SMS benefit for a lifetime. Each new referred subscriber would have to get a special Member Get Member simcard and do a one time recharge with Rs. 94.

The new subscriber would have to share the unique code on the application form and send an SMS to his referrer. Post which, the referrer/existing subscriber would have to do either of the following.

Loop mobile service sucks. The customer care executives are completely illiterate. They have no knowledge. Supervisors offer call backs but never call customers as promised. The most horrible servic provider with regards to customer management. I paid for my bbme service on 16th Apr’12 till date 19th Apr’12 service is not activated. I will never suggest anyone to join LOOP. LOOP acutally has a big loop in their customer management technique.

I don’t think LOOP will ever be available in any place other than Mumbai. Even the Mumbaikar are porting out from Loop ! I have read somewhere that they are going to return the spectrum got thru the now infamous Raja ! Think of some other alternative !

Soon loop surrender their 2g spectrum. So be careful when you want to use loop. As they response in “EXIT POLICY” which is set by TRAI. As they run in huge loss.

If it would have been with tata docomo i would have gained a lot as due to my recommendation now all my friends(except a few) have tata docomo now there are 26 tata docomo number in my circle including 3 numbers of my family members
