yes coverage is worst but call clarity is clear even if we get one signal thats the important thing very less call drops. after they invest 6500 crores let us see how the network improves in all the states where Uninor is present.

    Ajay :
Everywhere one can buy airtel and vodafone sims in any corner of the city or street or village. But to get bsnl sims one has to go to distributers or telemart. Which is one or two per district… This is the reason why bsnl is lagging behind.

    Its my personal view…

Don’t know about the June 2011 but in the month of May, Reliance Mobile added 2.5 million subscribers and was leading among all. So I guess in the month of June also it would have added the maximum but there datas are released later as its dual technology service provider i.e. CDMA & GSM. Same with Tata, they also release this datas later may be only for this reason.

@tejas ya after this month there will be some consistant figures …bcoz the persons had sour experience with new operator after MNP will turn around and 2G effect will be there …since the case is in full swing..even there is some pressure on the distributors of the cos to create fake activations which will be reduced since the margins and schemes were reduced..let us see..atlast the genuine operator will b identified by the consumers in long run ..

it seems as if the mad rush for new connections has gone down…as there are no new offers being given by the operators…it seems to be settling down. also mnp is playing its role, no need to buy new sims just switch over with the same no. airtel and vodafone are very consistent in terms of growth and revenue. the rest are fighting for survival. even idea isnt consistent.
