    these datas show only the no of sim cards sold by particular operator.30 to 40 percent sim cards are not being used as these were given either free or for low cost .many people buy free sim from pvt operators uses the free calls ,data uses and then throw them into dustbin. only BSNL CUSTOMER BASE IS TRUE as it follows the govt rules,original document varification etc…..so BSNL ROCKS

    In India one man can have 10 or 20 SIM Connections ,that is why Airtel and Vodafone can able to provide 25 Lakhs SIM per every months , Sim has no cost ,

    Subcriber base is not reliable most of us own many sim cards.airtel, idea and vodafone sold many sim by giving free data and free sms in last 3 years, but BSNL not doing such shitty act so BSNL can be consider as top in list with genuine data base.

    NO. RTI Act does not apply to private organizations. BSNL/MTNL will come under the ambit of RTI ACT.

    It’s second consecutive month wen BSNL hasn’t submitted its data. Maybe they have lost large chunk of customers and don’t want to show it. Who cares? BSNL is just a piece of crap and costliest in Haryana. Idea, Vodafone rocks in network as both are operating in 900MHz band and lots of special offers by them and Aircel is best for economical services.

    @AMAR @ BHARATHKUM
    - lets keep it simple : RELIANCE is a part of the CDMA OPERATORS Group (AUSPI) so they report CDMA+GSM base together. This is alo the case of TATA DOCOMO too.

    In case of AIRTEL/IDEA/VODAFONE they are a part of the GSM OPERATORS Group (COAI) so they report GSM base there.

    reliance is dual-technology (cdma+gsm), the licence is only in cdma, cdma player can operate in gsm to.. thats y docomo and reliance are dual operator (both cdma and gsm) in cdma licence, that y it not related to COAI(gsm)

    it is not necessary that airtel has got maximum customers in NE.
    report is generated for india consumers not for NE
    Airtel gives good network in other areas.
