IDEA Cellular s One Paisa One Second Plan for DelhiIDEA Cellular India’s 4th largest GSM Mobile service provider has introduced ‘Pay Per Second Billing Plan’ for its GSM Prepaid customers in Delhi and NCR telecom circle.




IDEA’s  prepaid subscribers availing this “PAY PER SECOND PLAN” will get to make all Local and STD calls to any network with in the country for Just 1 Paisa for one Second. The STD calls will be charged at 1p/sec for first 18000 sec of the month, Post that it will be charged at 1.2 paisa/sec.

To avail the PAY PER SECOND tariff plan, Existing IDEA subscribers can purchase a Special Value voucher priced at Rs.64 which comes with tariff validity of 365 days from the date of recharge. IDEA Subscriber availing this plan will get to make all local and STD calls on any network in India, at the lowest tariff of 1 paisa per second. The ISD and SMS will be charged at normal rates.

After recharge with SVV Rs.64 all existing tariff benefits/bulk minutes and SMS benefits will be reset and subscribers connection will be converted into Life time Prepaid Plan. The SMS pack or I-min pack are not allowed with this plan. The Pay Per Second Plan will be applicable on all products except - PCO, MY-GANG (all Gang). No other Tariff Vouchers will be applicable on same except ISD voucher.
