Reliance has got very good SMS packs, especially in all the south India states.

i really don understand why operators offer superb plans only for Karnataka. Ppl of all states claim tat ter operators includin biggies won offer cheap plans. But in karnataka all operators offer best plans. Idea offers 150 local n national sms free everyday without any packs wit call rates idea to idea 20p and others 40p for one year wit recharge of 12 and no rent. Airtel offers 150 all india sms per day for just 40 wit 1year val and all india 1p per sec calls. Aircel offers daily 200 all india sms and half p per sec plan for 30rs wit 1year val. Rel 500sms a day. Uninor 200 all india sms per day wit first message at 1re and lowest call charges. Vodafone 150all india sms free for 1year.

Hello.. Your news says the INR 21 SMS has validity of 1 Year and below you say that it has validity of 1 Month?
Please clarify the position. Also let us know if we have to manually renew the pack every month or it can get autorenewed from our balance in prepaid mode?

bsnl is best….sms at 1p with Rs.13p.m no blackout day…airtel has given public notice in newspaper lokmat times that sms will be charge at Rs.1per sms for local and Rs.1.50per sms for std on date 31/12/10 i.e from night 12am to date 1/1/11 i.e to night 12am.

it means if u need sms pack from idea u need to spend 127 per month

These IDEA guys dont have minimum sense to reply to email complaints of their customers. The customer care is such a worst and lazy that they never reply but we will get auto response saying their customer care executive will get back in 24 hours. My complaint is on 27th November and today is 27th Dec and no reply.
