IDEA Cellular the pan-India mobile operator has announced five new power packed recharges for its subscribers in Punjab.
The new and affordable ‘Dus ka Dun’ packs, come with huge benefits for Idea prepaid subscribers, offering very economical Local, STD and ISD calls, and Free SMS and GPRS offerings for just Rs. 10, and validity of up to 7 days.
Idea subscribers in Punjab can choose their pack depending on their calling patterns.Idea is also offering Idea to Idea calling at just 10 paisa per minute.To avail, Idea subscribers can recharge with Rs 10 and enjoy the benefit for a period of 7 days. With another recharge of Rs. 10, Idea subscribers can now make Local and STD calls at just 40 paisa per minute, for a period of 7 days.
Idea has also come up with another ‘Dus Ka Dum’ recharge which will help Idea subscribers in Punjab with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make international calls to US and Canada at just 1 paisa per second. Large number of people in the state of Punjab, who have their friends and family members in the two countries, can now remain in touch with them at the most affordable rates. Idea prepaid subscribers who wish to get this tariff benefit can do a recharge of Rs. 10, and enjoy per second ISD call rates for a period of 3 days.
Idea has also loaded ‘Dus ka Dum’ offer with SMS & VAS benefits. Heavy SMS users can recharge with Rs. 10 voucher to get 250 Free local and national SMS, for 7 days. The tech savvy younger generation can also avail affordable GPRS services with the GPRS pack which allows users up to 100 MB of Free internet usage, for a period of 2 days.

But Network Quality of Idea Cellular in Karnataka is Very Bad. Even if i try to make a call for my friend(who is using idea Cellular service) from my Docomo/Aircel/BSNL Number i Can’t Connect his Number Upto 50% of Calls made for Idea Cellular Number are failed ones.

yes airtel has become mad and also i heard Airtel have launched such offer in Mumbai and Maharashtra circle i also heard. i do not know whether this information true or not.

yes u are right. Aircel is worst in AP. but RGSM is slowly improving the network that much i can say but not up to the mark. Vodafone in my opinion is the 3rd best and RCDMA in 4th and Uninor 5th .

I do not why Idea Introduce such offers in other circles but not in AP . i do not know if there is any offer 40p/min local and std or atleast 30p/min local in AP. can anyone clarify this to me ?
