To maintain its ride in the price war IDEA Cellular today announced introduction of ’PAY PER SECOND PLAN’ dubbed as ‘Super Seconds’prepaid plan for its subscriber in Andhra Pradesh telecom circle.
IDEA Prepaid subscribers of AP availing this plan will get to make all Local and STD calls on any network with in India, at the tariff of 1 Paisa per Second. To avail this tariff plan, Existing IDEA subscribers can purchase a special Value voucher priced at Rs.68, whereas new subscribers can get it for SVV of Rs.70 with the tariff validity of 365 days from the date of Recharge.
Subbaraman Iyer, COO, Andhra Pradesh, IDEA Cellular stated "After launching the Super 50 plans which give 50p tariff in October, IDEA has now launched the 1 paisa per second tariff plan. With these plans, IDEA subscribers not only have the benefit of one of the widest network coverage in Andhra Pradesh but also a wide range of attractive tariff options to choose from to suit their specific requirements.
Currently IDEA Cellular is present in 19 telecom circles out of 22 in the country. It has over 47 million GSM mobile subscribers under its GSM service brand “IDEA”.
