I believe you are working on a PLATFORM where Customers (End User) and the Telecom Service Providers will interact directly. This surely will require the participation of the end users at a large number to let Telecom Service Provider know the requirements of the customers and will also give the opportunity to Telecom Service Providers to offer/educate the customers for the new services / value-added-services.

When MNP was launched such ‘one’ was introduced..well..”for the benefit of general public..?” The public want nothing more/less than cheap, affordable quality service. So,what is required is a comprehensive, qualitative ready-reckoner for different types of services..say..talk,sms,data,vas etc..
sandeep September 12, 2011 at 11:19 pm
will be on google plus……
V Sagar September 12, 2011 at 11:19 pm
I think that you people are gonna to make some online form and you will give equal and transparent opportunity to all users to complain , praise , discuss about the pros and cons of all service provider.ummmmm or you people will make the complain of people to the higher authority .And this way there will be tough competition among the operators , all operators will opt to have best for their customer.
Dilip Kumar September 12, 2011 at 11:14 pm

I think telecom Talk is going to provide a platform for resolving problems related with mobiles, tablets, laptops etc and telecom operators.
Arka Chatterjee September 12, 2011 at 3:26 pm
It’s very difficult to guess, what will be lunching by TT. But, I am sure, that, the thing will be just mind-blowing.I am a daily TT reader. Once upon a time, when I click it for the 1st time, from that day,I read it everyday, even when I am roaming,I read it from my mobile. It just like a wine of Telecom news.
However,I am trying to guess it:
1.It may be a forum/blog,where all the mobile user can inform their experience or can discuss about any problem/topic,by sending comment/email.TT can start a toll-free number for the same to get solution and suggestion from any unwanted problem.
2.Online recharge facility for all mobile users, data card users and DTH users.and the felicity will be also available in prepaid and postpaid.
3.It may be an apps for mobile, supported by all OS(java,Symbian,Bada,Windows and iPhone).
4.It may be free guidelines and review of products for public, who are eager to know about that and TT will give them full support about their query.
Anal Kundu September 12, 2011 at 3:11 pm

4) free talktime facility.
or a mobile application which provide all the above facility.
Baba Firangi September 12, 2011 at 2:56 pm
I really don’t find the idea telecom magazine to be feasible at all. Considering that in the telecom world, where plans and standards change at the drop of a hat, any info ready for publish on a magazine would be obsolete by the time it reaches the print. Just my 2 cents.
Vicky September 12, 2011 at 2:50 pm
Telecom talk magazine and also a forum of platform between telecom customers and telecoms
