Game Over, S TEL Suggesting Customers To Opt MNP

Game Over, S TEL Suggesting Customers To Opt MNPS TEL whose mobile service licenses has been canceled by the Supreme Court last week, has now openly asked its customers to Port Out from its Network using Mobile Number Portability (MNP).

In a statement posted in its official portal it says “as our most valued subscribers, we would also like to inform that if you may so deem fit, you may opt for exercising the mobile number portability option available with you and our customer care service shall render all necessary support in this regard”.

This comes at a time when Batelco decided to sell its entire stake from STEL.STel currently holds its licenses in Bihar, Orissa, Himachal Pradesh Assam, North-East and in Jammu and Kashmir and the company is estimated to have a subscriber base of over 3.6 million and also license to offer 3G services.

So is this and END OF STEL ? Do share your views via comments and if you are a STEL customer visit the nearest STEL office and get your port out code.

Kumar :
What a cruel decision by supreme court of India..
Before cancelling the license of all these operators they should have ordered to seize the total property of all those politicians who were involved in this case as an compensation to the ultimate customers (citizens of India is finally paying the price)..
Now who will take responsibility to provide service to those previous customers.. Supreme court should order BSNL and MTNL to provide service till next auction.. And BSNL and MTNL should be paid from RICH INDIAN CULPRIT POLITICIANS money..

Wellsaid A+
