Hi Sudhakar, Yes i can prove it. I am using fly B430 DS from last 2.5 years and also i am using its pc suite for mobile internet (by connecting to PC) as it saves lot of money (Rs 199 for 3 GB)when 3g was yet to launch. By the way it is the dual sim phone and when did nokia enter in the market with its dual sim phone? so how can you say it the copy cat. It was the first mobile phone which was preloaded with Nimbus and Snaptu Apps with qwerty key pad. Now i think you are the sick person. I am using mobile phones from 2002…. LOL LOL LOL.
Sudhakar February 22, 2012 at 8:45 pm
To Nirmal :
I am only in favour of branded companies. Can you prove that there are more authorized service centres for these local phones compared to the branded ones?. Tell me.
If you people go on support local companies, they will keep on cheat you with crap phones. These third class companies copy the patent and design of Nokia and other branded phones. Damn it. From this itself you can conclude that they cannot even make a single model by themselves. LOL LOL LOL. Local copy cats. Sick.
Sudhakar February 22, 2012 at 8:37 pm
To vinay :
If you cannot even afford to buy a BRANDED mobile, do not comment here. You do not have such qualities.
vinay February 22, 2012 at 8:02 pm
all those rubbish arrogant readers advocating ‘so-called’ branded mobile, even local mobile handsets r giving much more value to the customers with half the price of branded ones. n now whenever, i go to mobile shops, i ask for any models other than THOKIA phones. coz i m satisfied with others’ functioning.
Sudhakar February 22, 2012 at 7:02 am
Anuj,
What are you coming to say?.
ArjunA February 22, 2012 at 4:45 am
Even I thought that this must be the MKV or Matroska container format. But a quick lookup and I found out this being not the case. This seems to be some “King Movie Video” format found in Celkon and Fly phones. RDB and Sanjay Bafna, would you kindly provide us a link to a software for this video format ?
Nirmal February 22, 2012 at 2:21 am
Hi Sudhakar
I think you are working for Nokia…. If you have time, just visit to the site of other branded and non branded like Fly mobiles companies and definitely you will get all your answers…..
anuj February 21, 2012 at 9:35 pm
@Sudhakar
Obviously, you need some education regarding which devices need to be compared with each other. For someone claiming that people ‘blindly comment’, it is amazing that you yourself do the same! At no point in the comments I (or other people) have said that Android or other OS do not have their advantages. They DO. Thats a matter of fact and does not require you to shout about it from rooftops of forums. What does not seem to penetrate your understanding is that the Java phones have their own advantages and more importantly at an economically attractive price point. period. Its the cost-benefit at the end of the day and most GPRS customers can and do get along with the Java phones – me included. And Oh, if you compare boot up times of computers with mobiles, it is a sad reflection on your ability to reason.
Sudhakar February 21, 2012 at 6:00 pm
Nirmal :
I never said that someone ordered me to buy it. Talk with 6th sense. Ok?. Even if someone orders, I will not buy these kind of 3rd class local phones. LOL LOL LOL.
Sudhakar February 21, 2012 at 5:56 pm
To anuj :
You are waiting for a PC to boot up know?. Then why can’t you wait for Symbian and Android phones to boot up?. If you cannot wait, then go and buy Nokia 1280. You do not have any qualities to talk about multitasking phones.
JAVA applications can be installed in Symbian and Andriod phones but what about vice versa?.
To all :
Till now no one has commented on my reply of MULTI TASKING. This itself proves that you cannot do multi tasking in JAVA phones. LOL LOL.
I am in favour of cheap mobiles. But not in favour of CHEAP / LOCAL COMPANIES.
Do not comment here :
> If you cannot find out the differences between branded and local phones.
> If you cannot find out the differences between JAVA and Symbian / Android phones.
The only thing is JAVA phones do not need certificates to install softwares. Thats all. If you maintain properly, even Symbian and Android phones will be virus free just like JAVA phones.
I think who comment blindly about my opinion are MOBILE ILLITERATES !!!!.
anuj February 21, 2012 at 3:13 pm
Not only arrogant but also stupid. I have a 3G Android Samsung Galaxy as well as a Java based Lava KKT70 phone. The Java phone boots faster, loads the RSS feeds fast, easy to type and is not a battery hog. Java phones do have their advantages in selected apps. It is like saying that just because there is a Mercedes, Maruti does not do the job of transportation – which is the primary job of the car
Akzey February 21, 2012 at 2:19 pm
@RDB Did you mean video format MKV or KMV?

Hi guys i wanna purchase a good 3G blackberry phone with minimum price? any idea?
PD February 21, 2012 at 11:34 am
Even branded phones, except Nokia, does not have AFFORDABLE compatible spares available in the market. Samsung, e.g. gives PHONES, and other appliances at cheap rate, but when it goes to the REPAIR TABLE – Chaar anney ka murgi, Baara anney ka masala syndrome (25p chicken/flesh and 75p for spices!).
magnet February 21, 2012 at 10:11 am
@Sudhakar
i think u r arrogant.
Sudhakar February 21, 2012 at 9:14 am
Sanjay,
Well said.
Sudhakar February 21, 2012 at 9:12 am
Correction :
Moreover these 3rd class LOCAL mobiles do not have proper service centres at most of the cities unlike Nokia which has more service centres.
Sudhakar February 21, 2012 at 9:10 am
What to avoid?. Can you do multitasking (except for radio and music player) in these type of 3rd class LOCAL models (that are the xerox of china models)?.
Fly, Karbonn, G-five, Maxx etc import mobiles from china and re-make them so as to show to the customers that it is made in India even if they provide valid IMEI.
Moreover these 3rd class LOCAL mobiles do not have proper service centres at most of the cities like Nokia. I also agree that even other branded companies like Samsung, LG, Sony Ericsson etc do not have as much service centres like Nokia. What do you say for this?. For you guys only money (cheap, cheap and cheap. damn it) is important rather than quality, features and spares availability.
I think only VIDEOCON is only the PURE INDIAN company. It should open more service centres across India.
To all users :
Do not buy mobiles from Fly, Karbonn, G-five, Maxx and other 3rd class local companies. As I said earlier there are less service centres compared to other branded models.
aryan February 21, 2012 at 8:00 am
is there any phone who has ability to change voice on call? Pls if you know bros.then share it pls
BinuJose February 21, 2012 at 6:58 am
Harsh words sudha. The last sentence could have been avoided.
Nirmal February 21, 2012 at 1:33 am
Hi Sudhakar, Who ordered you to buy it? Same features in nokia will cost you 7000-8000 Rs. This mobile is for the people who can enjoy its all benefits in low budget as compare to the costlier ones. I am using both Nokia and Fly but i can say fly is the better one as compare to Nokia in many ways….
sanjay February 21, 2012 at 12:07 am
numerous phone with same specs. are available in this price range some with upto 3.2 mp camera .
Sudhakar February 20, 2012 at 9:04 pm
All JAVA phones are waste. Multiple applications cannot be opened. Multiple applications (without closing the current opened application) can be opened in Symbian and Android. Only beggars will buy this kind of phone.
