Yups, you are right. Yesterday I got a message from Airtel regarding reduction in Pay As You Go plan from 10p/10KB to 1p/10KB which is 90% reduction and its done both in Punjab and Haryana as of now and soon it will be done all over India. Good step by the companies to reduce it as sometimes I don’t have Internet pack to recharge my phone using mobile sites or apps. It takes around 200-350KB of data on mobile. So from now on it will charge me 20-35p instead of Rs.2.00-3.50.

But Airtel money solves that problem as its both a USSD service and online service and the best part is you can recharge any operators number with it. Moreover one time registration charge of Rs.15 for express account is not levied if first cash load is done online from Airtel Money website. I loaded Rs.100 in it.

BTW Airtel compete with Vodafone by cutting base tariff by 90% instead of 80. Can we see those who call them cheap reducing it by 95% to 0.5p/10KB like Tata, Videocon etc.

very bad & helpless service of Idea………….
no one person given properly answer to customer. they not provide best & better service to customer. if customer want to speedy & fast service on them plans then i suggest them don’t use idea service.

Do not buy. The worst company that you would experience when you land into problems like billing etc. Customer care is worst. They prefer disconnecting the calls rather than talking to customer and helping with problems.

You try to speak to any manager and they would never be available.

Saurabh has explained very good. Saying customer is stupid and don’t know the internet and interpreting KBPS and mbps plan. You are such a overwhelming and foolish person. I want to ask one question why you recharged unlimited internet plan, because you want to do something for but what you feel when your internet load only single facebook sign in page in 10 minutes. And only google page in 2 minutes.
By this way you are paying more electricity bill compared to internet plan. Idea is just have very bad internet plan.
