Got my Cheers SIM, just to try signal strength and coverage. I stay in Dwarka, Delhi.
Sim + FRC was Rs 101/-
I got the number activated in 15 minutes, got talktime of Rs. 60. (local calls at 40 paisa, std at 60 paisa) + 5 local minutes to any number + 45 local minutes to cheers number, valid for 2 months)
Network signal is EXCELLENT, better than Vodafone and Airtel. Dolphin and Aircel sucks at my residence in Sec-13. Signal strength of all networks are good when we stand outside our home, but inside the strength is 0 dots or 1 dot max for Dolphin, Aircel and Reliance. Idea have 1-2 dots. Airtel and Voda have 2-3 dots. But CHEERS show 4-5 dots

There are some more plans for delhi circle in the recharge of rs.52 you will get 107 min.of std usage for 15 days,there is also a combo pack of rs.61 which gives 100 local and 75 STD mins for 15 days.
And three sms packs worth rs.8,18 & 38 which gives 60,450,1250 sms for 1,15,30 days respectively.
These offers are for delhi only.

This is a new way to show offer,but the reality is that on a recharge of rs.62 &rs.32,you will get 260 &130 minutes respectively and the user is able to call those minutes at rs 0.25 per min.
Same in the case of STD minutes when you recharge with rs.31 you will get 175 min for which you have to pay rs 0.30per min.
This offer is not so good in reality as it looks like.

Ya even i agree with u though aircel operates under 1800mhz band each tower covers maximum area compared to vodafone whic also operates under 1800band. but only drawback of aircel is voice breakage n disturances

Man, Aircel is Only the Operator in Karnataka Who is Having Largest Antennas and Widest Coverage. In my Hometown (KOLAR) Aircel’s Main Tower is Having 180CM Microwave Antenna (This is Real Fact Man). And 100CM Base Station Antenna is Deployed on The BTS. Even The Coverage is Spread to Antaragange Hill Station Where I Was Not Get Aircel Signals in the previous times

Well the cheersmobile recharge have a different story.
If you look at thier site they have mentioned that usage minutes will be given
I called customer care @ 9599000121 they said that upto 175 mins STD would be chareged @ 30p only.
Donno about the other offers….

First improve your network coverage in Mumbai city then offer plans, subscribers can’t utilise it if your network is nil. I think you are trying to pull money from subscribers pocket first & then same money will be utilize for new cellsite commissioning.

Cheers service is not good. from last 15days my cheers number is not yet activated. my cheers number is 9588148834. even my dealer had sent an activation and he also received the confirmation sms. so there is an activation problem in cheers.

if we make only local calls or only std calls cheers will be better…
Videocon for 260mins (local) = Rs.17 + 260*.25 = 82 but if we use cheers it will be only Rs.62 thus we can save Rs.20 if we use cheers…
