RELIANCE MUST HAVE TO UPGRADE THEIR NETWORK. THEIR NETWORK IS NOT AS GOOD AS AIRCEL.

Airtel always charges high when compared to other operators becoz they boast abt their network but when MNP comes one day Airtel will realize that boasting of network will not work. they have to introduce customer centric offers otherwise they should be prepared to loose customers

ha happy to hear dat airtel is deducing bal in other states too… Same is the case in kerala too… Some airtel lovers say they have gud cc service dat dey refunds… But is dat a gud service to deduce bal and den refund aftr rcvng complaint… By dis da customer losses valuable time talking to the customer care wallahs… Airtel has lost many customers in kerala… Wat abt othr circles???

same here.. Airtel has landed up in the business of deducting bal. And if u complain and break down heavily on them.. They refund the deducted bal.
Y u are using that.. I hav blocked mine airtel and presently i am enjoying services of videocon and idea.
I must say videocon hs gt superb network base in bhilai..

airtel is a worst network in chhattisgarh as it deducts balances of prepaid customers without activating the services and the customer care executive said that customer has activated the srvices worst services provider
