MTS India Withdrawn SMS Packs in Kolkata

MTS India, CDMA brand of Sistema-Shyam Teleservices launches new SMS packs for its subscribers in Kolkata telecom circle. Earlier MTS has two different SMS packs for per minute and per second customers at price point of Rs.31 and Daily rental basis.  Now MTS withdraws these older sms packs and Introduces 2 new SMS Packs at Rs.15 and Rs.31. But don’t get excited they actually hike price of sms packs and these are applicable to all customers.

MTS India is following Tata Indicom’s footsteps who reduces the free sms from 1000 to 600 to 200 now at Rs 30 SMS pack.

MTS India Introduces MSaver 495 In Mumbai

In a bid to boost its CDMA Mobile services in Mumbai, MTS India, the CDMA mobile service brand of Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (SSTL) introduces its most popular scheme of one million minutes of free talk time with a limit of 150 minutes (Own Net) usage everyday with its MSaver-495.

In December 2009 when MTS India starts commercial operations in Mumbai, this scheme was not launched after a long wait finally Mumbai gets the one million minutes schemes from the operators.

MTS India MSaver-495 is now available in Mumbai through E-Recharge which cost Rs.495.With this recharge subscribers will get 150 Free Minutes per day for OWN Network callings across Mumbai Read more…

MTS India Offers Lowest Local & STD Tariff in Mumbai

MTS India, the youngest CDMA mobile service operator today announced the launch of lowest local and STD tariff for its mobile service users in Mumbai telecom circle. The operator offers all Local calls with in MTS network 1paisa/4 seconds and all other network local call at One Paisa/2 seconds, while STD calls at just 1 paisa per seconds, on any mobile or land line network in India.

To avail the new lowest tariff, MTS India’s  pre-paid subscribers can recharge with the new special tariff vouchers priced at Rs.49, Rs.98 and Rs.148, which comes with the validity of 60 days and 90 days respectively. Read more…

MTS India the Mobile services brand of Sistema Shyam Tele Services Limited (SSTL) rope in UTIBA the global supplier of mobile financial transaction platforms, to offer electronic top-up option on prepaid recharge and range of m-Commerce vale added services to its CDMA Mobile subscribers across India.

The e-top up system enables mobile service subscribers to recharge prepaid account balance of any amount at any time of the day thereby addressing issues arising out of Print vouchers of fixed denominations as well as stock out situations.

MTS India the Mobile services brand of Sistema Shyam Tele Services Limited (SSTL) today announced ground breaking tariff for its CDMA mobile subscribers in Tamilnadu and Chennai telecom circle.

MTS India today launches MSaver 198 the one time recharge which offer lowest local and STD callings. With this recharge MTS customer can enjoy all local call just at 29 paisa per minute while all STD calls to any network across India just at 49 paisa per minute. All Local and National SMS will be charged at 50 paisa per SMS.

The operator clearly announced that MSaver198 is one time recharge and comes with life time tariff validity without any daily rental/deductions.

MTS India Crosses The 3 Million Subscriber Base Mark

MTS India the Mobile services brand of Sistema Shyam Tele Services Limited (SSTL) today announced that it has achieved the 3 million subscriber base mark at an average monthly growth rate of 15% since the launch of its CDMA mobile services in March 2009 in India.

MTS India has over 1.2 million subscribers in Rajasthan, over 700,000 in Kolkata and West Bengal, close to 500,000 in Tamil Nadu and over 150,000 in Karnataka & Delhi/NCR. Rajasthan, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu are seen as the fast growing markets for the operator.

On the occasion, Vsevolod Rozanov, President and Chief Executive Officer of SSTL said, “ Industry regulator has adjudged our network as one of the best in quality in the industry. I am happy that more and more subscribers in our telecom circles are endorsing our services. MTS India Launches MBlaze In Maharashtra (Pune)

MTS, the mobile telephony services brand of Sistema Shyam
Teleservices Limited (SSTL),commercially launched its high speed mobile Internet service, MBlaze, with download speeds up to 3.1 Mbps in Pune. This is the eleventh circle to be launched by MTS thus further expanding its presence in urban India. Voice services will be available in Pune and
rest of Maharashtra in the month of January 2010.

The new year offering from MTS to Pune subscribers is a Pre-paid high speed data service with rates from Rs 2999 onwards. Subscribers in Pune will also be able download 15 GB data worth Rs.1500, free for the first month as part of the inaugural offer. Also there will be no roaming surcharges while using the MTS network. While using MBlaze, subscribers will feel the power of speed while downloading and surfing the net and all this will be available to Pune subscribers for as little as 10p/MB. Read more…
