Calcutta Telephones, Kolkata metro's BSNL division has re-launched the popular 'Kolkata99' plan as 'Abar Kolkata 99' which offers local BSNL mobile calls at as low as 5paisa per minute.
Apart from offering lowest onnet calls, this plan is also offering half call rate during night hours between 11pm- 7 am.
This new plan is for new customers in Kolkata and is available w.e.f 06.04.2010. This promotional scheme is valid up to 04.07.2010.
