venkateswaran elangovan :Bank really suck with offered service, when I port to Vodafone to bank I thought I made a right decision but it is ended as a bismal, very bad quality in all aspects. 1) poor network quality (two dacade old technology in a metro city I used to Get the gprs speed when I bought the 3g data. ) 2)one ofthe worst customer service in today’s world. 3)Never connect calls easily and I last made right decision by porting back to Vodafone.

agree wid u.. Thats the main problem wid bsnl. They havent upgraded network infrastructure in metro cities resulting poor connectivity, very slow gprs & 3G speed in peak hours.

  • Jay September 27, 2012 9:41 pm

In Chennai TD Circle, BSNL is now changing most of the Combo plans… Earlier Combo plans used to offer Free Calls to all N/Ws (with different pulse rate), but now they’ve changed the plans, with the no. of Free Calls remaining the same, but the Free Calls can be made only to BSNL N/W… Useless!!!

All new connections will be getting this plan only & even existing customers will be migrated to this Crap plan in a month or 2 !!!
