BSNL CALL DETAILS ON WEBSITEIndia's leading telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has come up with a scheme that will enable their Landline and Mobile subscribers to check call details on the website over the Internet. One just needs to log on to the new website of BSNL to be launched by the state-owned telecom operator soon.

At present, the facility is limited to Mobile Landline phone users of the Kolkata circle of the BSNL. But, the scheme named Call Detail Record (CDR) system will enable both Landline and WLL Mobile subscribers of other circles of BSNL to avail the services.

All subscribers will be provided with a customer identification number (customer Id), which they will have to key in at the appropriate place on the web page.

Within a few minutes details of every call  including call duration, numbers dialled, rate of each call and total charge of the calls  will be displayed.Call charges would also get adjusted automatically with a change in tariff or any other schemes. Four different cities including Kolkata (at Salt Lake Telephone Exchange), Pune, Chandigarh and Hyderabad have been chosen to start the CDR system.
