India's national ISP, BSNL will be launching a new broadband plan that offers 4 Mbps download speed at a monthly price of Rs. 1275 from 15 May 2014. Beyond an FUP limit of 20 GB the speed will be reduced to 512 kbps.

BSNL New 4MBps Plan

In our opinion, if your usage exceeds beyond 25 GB per month you must consider ULD 1445 which offers 2 Mbps prior to FUP of 20 GB and 1 Mbps beyond that.
