BSNL to Extend Full and Additional Talk Value Offers for Festival Season

Follow Us

In the view of upcoming festivals, BSNL has announced a fresh extension of full talk value and additional talk value top-ups. Some offers with similar benefits were slated to expire on 23 March 2014 across different circles. The offers will be available from 25 March 2014 for a period of 90 days.

As always full and additional talk time offers are beneficial and we suggest BSNL customers to make best use of them. In addition to this, these lump sum recharges can also be used to activate STVs at later dates by SMS or selfcare services. Using SMS to activate STVs will help you save some money as service charges would be excluded when you do this!

Addendum: Readers note that 17th March 2014 is a blackout day for BSNL where you will be charged for calls and SMS according to your base plan. We also learnt that the free roaming voucher would not work on this day. If you are someone who receives calls on a different state's number everyday, it will cost a bomb if you continue to receive calls on a blackout day! Keep this in mind!

Update (16 March 2014, 09.45 hrs IST): Our reader Darshan updated us that in some circles the blackout day is on 16 March. Hence if you have received such an SMS from BSNL you can be assured that 17th is a normal day. Thanks Darshan! :)
