It is now becoming very very tough situation to continue bsnl. recently (7-10 days back) bsnl has introduced 6gb limit for unlimited plans with 1mbps and after crossing 6gb limit the speed is 512kbps. But actually max download speed is 135-145kbps upto 6 GB limit and after that download speed is 35-45 kbps. Whereas other internet providers do not have such download limit and their speed commitment is also satisfactory. My BSNL plan is ULD 750. I am getting very low speed while downloading files from the internet which are of very less size ( lesser than even 1MB). These files are being downloaded at speeds of 3.5kbps or sometimes max upto 10kbps. However, the browsing speed seems to be very normal. I have been studying out of Pune for 6months now and can immediately notice the difference in the speeds before I had left my home and now. Has anything changed in the plan?
