BSNL Mobile : Know Your LAST FIVE Call Transactions Through SMS

India’s National telecom Backbone and GSM service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today introduces SMS Based Prepaid Call Details service.

With this Service BSNL’s Mobile subscribers (2G and 3G) can check LAST Call & LAST FIVE Call Transactions through SMS (toll free) which will include Date, Type, Charges, Prepaid Balance, Number and Call Duration.

To know the last 5 call transaction details BSNL Mobile Subscriber (2G and 3G) may Send SMS as follows :

1. “LAST” to 53733 – To know the last call details like Date, Type, Charge, balance, Number & Duration.

2. “LAST FIVE” to 53733 – To know the last five calls details like Date of call transaction, Type of Call, Charge, prepaid account balance, Number & Duration of call.

Please Note : Numerical 5 is also supported. i.e. “LAST5”. Latest last call transactions of the customers will be updated in the system at every 15 minutes interval and made available to the customer accordingly.

As of now, BSNL’s “SMS Based Last 5 Call Transaction” details over short code 53733 launched or available in Tamilnadu, Chennai, Kerala and it will be launched in other circles in coming days.

This system is really helpful, Same is present in IDEA where we can avail transactions of last 15 days, it is separate for calls/VAS/SMS..
And rocking offer has been launched by Aircel for PORT In customers, FRC 72, 3GB 3G data for 3 months ( 1GB/month) & call rates 20p/m a-a & 40p/m A-o daily 200sms free.

is it valid for kolkata circle??

Can anyone tell me why BSNL or other telcos are not launching 3G services in towns n villages? BSNL started 3G services 2 years back and aren’t able to cover whole India. BSNL 3G is not even available in some major towns. This is how they’ll make breakeven in 3G?

Not yet available in Gujarat.
BSNL has started improving its network in Ahmedabad city. Now I am getting full signals in places where i didnt use to get. I have started getting full signals even in basements atleast in my area havent check in other areas.

*124*1# for voice boosters
*124*3# for sms balance
*124*4# for gprs balance
works in bsnl kerala circle.

Docomo offers it on ussd *191#. And not only call but sms and data charges as well. As far as I know 53733 is chargeable and 53738 is tollfree.
