Raising the spirit of Ramzan and Id-ul-Fitr festival celebrations and keeping it’s promise of being closest to the customer, India’s National telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced the launch of a Ramzan Special Full Value Prepaid Voucher ‘786’.
The Ramzan Special – 786 voucher comes for Rs.786, offers a talk time of 786 Minutes (Local / STD) on BSNL Network, 786 Minutes (Local / STD) to all networks across India, 786 MB Free 2G/3G Data usage and Free 786 Local and National SMS. The STV will be valid for 90 Days from the date of recharge.
RCV-786 will be applicable for 2G and 3G prepaid mobile subscribers in all telecom circles across India. However, the validity will be restricted to 90 days instead of 180 days in Assam, J&K and North East LSAs in compliance with existing instructions issued by DoT. The offer will be available from 23rd July 2012 valid up to 22nd August, 2012.

For other festivals BSNL is only offering full talk value. It is not offering COMBO benefits like this Rs.786. I never said that BSNL is not giving any offer for other festivals.

BSNL is best among all operators. And whatever the rates they are charging they are genuine but Airtel and vodafone have lot of hidden charges. They market their products with low prices but have hidden charges with their plans i have suffered this with Airtel. And finally i had shifted to BSNL and now i am satisfied with this.

Yes, last year they provided Rs786 core TT (unlimited validity) and 786 Local/National/Roaming SMS FREE with 6 months validity…
In TN atleast there is one STV for Rs152, where the Local/STD onnet is 10p/min and Local/STD offnet is 30p/min (Validity 1 month) and I am using it.

Please note that we can use BSNL mobile only if we are travelling to rural or remote areas.. If you are inside town / city limit, use other operator which is cheap. Thats all. No tension. Cool.
