BSNL LAUNCHES ONE PAISA ONE SECOND CALL PLANIt seems that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has finally accepted the GSM market competition and has introduced the “PAY PER SECOND” CALLING PLAN to any network across India with the “STV 45″  for its new GSM Mobile subscribers in Karnataka telecom circle.

To avail this feature one has to purchase a New Prepaid Pack of Rs.54 dubbed as Bindas-54. After purchase one has to recharge with STV-45 to enjoy all calls at 1 paisa for one second for LOCAL to any network and STD calls charges would be 2 paisa per second to any network across India.

BSNL Bindas Prepaid Tariff in Details :

Starter Kit (includes SIM card and FRC) – costs Rs 54/- and comes with Rs 40 talktime and Validity of 180 Days .
STV-45 -MRP Rs.45 (Applicable for Bindas Prepaid Customers only)

Tariff Validity-30 Days

All Local Calls – 1p/second (any network-any time)
All STD calls – 2p/second

ISD call charges as per Normal Prepaid plan.

SMS (P2P SMS , upto 160 characters)-:

Local – 60p
National – Rs 1.20
International – Rs 5

    NEHAL SHAH :we have 2 prepaid mobile. and we are required 1 pasise 1 second plan. so give us details how to mannage for this plan. plese reply urgent with all detail in my mail.

    u have not mentioned ur mail here, anyway go for tata docomo they have launch 1 paisa for 3 second for the entire year at Rs. 99/- only

    STV 45 validity is shown as 30days whereas on enquiry customer care will tell as one year Please clarify

    Just view the poll result 57% of people doesn’t need 1 sec pule. It’s not viable for long calls.

    BSNL is giving service for much cheaper rates than others giving. Because it have huge infrastructure than anyothers in India. Just do simple maths, and you can get the difference. BSNL is straight forward in this matter. No hidden costs, no hidden terms and conditions. Please read my comments in previopus posts for more info about how cheaper is BSNL’s service.

    What Docomo is interduced,Aircel is back with the same but presence of Aircel in No of Towns is sky high than Docomo’s Presence. Now Docomo has to watch how Aircel will create a Jump in market that has been noticed in 2 days only and continues…………………………………………………………………………………………….

    arre sab ki phat gayi hai boss! Heard Docomo will reach 10 million subs in 2 months … this way goodbye airtel and voda. The rest have just no option but to fall in line and not charge us for the time we don’t use talking…. hehehe thanks to Docomo every one will save money now. Jai Ho! Copy cats!

    BSNL previously given 15 second pulse,not per second pulse.Per second pulse was first introduced by TATA CDMA in 2005 and now by DOCOMO in 2009.BSNL itne din kya swo raha tha ?

    Is it so rahul…..so whos the main cheater or copier aircel or mts!! BSNL’s 15 sec pulse was running in post-paid since 2003 in calcutta circles ok…no operator in calcutta gives 15 sec pulse on its plans except BSNL…..kaa samjha!!

    BSNL always been known for their innovative moves….like they still has 15 sec pulse for Post-Paid plans of Calcutta Telephones BSNL Cellone of 325 & 525..So they connect Indians
