BSNL Launches New 2G Special Plan for Senior Citizens In Kerala

In a bid to offer seamless connectivity at affordable price, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) announced the launch ‘New 2G Mobile Special plan for Senior Citizen’ in Kerala telecom circles.

This plan will cost Rs.60 and provides, talk value of Rs. 20, Free SMS facility (200 SMS for 1st month after that 50 SMS/month) and 1p/2sec tairrf for 1st month. With this plan senior citizen can talk @30p/min to any BSNL number within Kerala circle (Mobile/Landline) from 5 PM to 10 PM (all days).

The Plan also enables its subscribers to make calls to 5 Local Number of any at reduced call rates of 20p/min to BSNL network within Kerala, 30p/min to other network within Kerala and 30p/min to one BSNL number outside Kerala/anywhere in India.

New 2G Prepaid plan for Senior citizens (60 years and above) is introduced in Kerala Circle w.e.f 28/11/2011.

MRP of Starter Pack(Incl. of .Tax) (Bundled plan similar to Mithram/Maveli)	Rs.60
Freebies for 30 days from the Date of activation:-

Call charges(for the first month)	1p/2sec onnet, 1p/sec offnet
SMS(Local/National) in numbers	200 free beyond 200 will be charged as per PPS plan

Call Charges	1p/sec onnet, 1.2p/sec offnet
Free SMS	50 free/month
Evening talk @30p/min to any BSNL number within Kerala from 17.00 hrs to 22:00 hrs (all days)
Initial SIM validity	180 Days
STVS & Topups applicability	All STVs & Topups allowed
Friends & Family (5 numbers (1st number should be BSNL number within LSA/outside LSA, other 4 numbers can be BSNL numbers within LSA/other network numbers within LSA)	20ps/min to BSNL network within LSA,30p/min to other network within LSA& 30p/min to one BSNL number outside LSA

Yes in my area too,bsnl employees are so kind to serve us,they talk to us very frankly and solve the problems as soon as possible,Last week i went to the Office and complained about the low coverage issue in our area,after a week they called me asking the details about a nearest tower of other operators,its address everything,may be they are going to start a bsnl tower,Anyways I love BSNL Kerala employees…

Yes in my area too,bsnl employees are so kind to serve us,they talk to us very frankly and solve the problems as soon as possible,Last week i went to the Office and complained about the low coverage issue in our area,after a week they called me asking the details about a nearest tower of other operators,its address everything,may be they are going to start a bsnl tower,Anyways I love BSNL Kerala employees…

because Kerala is the key circle of BSNL. Good plans , Good Employees and Good customers.

so bsnl should stop service in all other circles and give best service to the good kerala people only. why it is in our circles standings in fourth fifth six position.

Because you people are not ready to take bsnl connections.The employees are working very well in kerala. In kerala Bsnl network is very very good s like or better than Idea or Vodafone. Airtel network is very poor.All others are not providing good network. Then any company (privet or puc) will serve better to their key customers ( In the case of bsnl it is south indian customers especially kerala customers.).

am personally saying that now am recommending all my friends to use Bsnl . . Many of my friends now switching over to Bsnl . . U can also do so to save our Bsnl . . Can change it to no.1 . . . ! ! !

But, Bsnl gprs speed is very low in kerala.
They have speed capping at 128kbps.
But i am not getting that speed even in the early morning.

If we look bsnl all india level. Only in kerala circle bsnl provide good service. Because of good network and good plans. Also all most all empolyees are ready to serve customers. That is why in kerala we got better offer from bsnl.
