State run GSM Mobile service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today introduces youth oriented ‘Nestham Plan’ on new 2G GSM Prepaid Connections with Life Time Valid Rent Free Group Calling facility at just Rs.49 for its prospective customers in Andhra Pradesh telecom circle.
BSNL new Life Time Valid Nestham Plan Prepaid Connections is priced at Rs 49 (Rs.20 for SIM Card + Rs.29 for FRC) with talk time of 50 Minutes and 2000 Free Local/National SMS valid for 30 Days. The new plan comes with a Life time valid rent free Group calling facility whereby subscriber can form a group of 5 Local mobile numbers of any Network of Andhra Pradesh Circle.
BSNL Nestham Plan enable its customers to make local calls with in the group at just 10 paisa per minute for BSNL numbers and 30 paisa/min for other network. Subscriber can add maximum five numbers to the group which could be from any network from Andhra Pradesh. The number change charges will be Rs.5 per number.
With this new prepaid pack subscriber all Local, STD and Roaming Calls (other than Group numbers) to BSNL network at just 1 paisa/Second and for all other 1.2 paisa/second.
What’s more is you also get Free 200 local SMS per month and Full Talk time on subsequent recharges.The Subscribers also allowed to use the entire range of STVs and the Top up coupons as their needs.

On Nestham Plan I am supposed to get 200 SMS Package as mentioned. But, when I tried to send SMS, it came as “SMS sending failed”. On asking Customer Care, the person on duty informed me to call the Message centre i.e, +919442099997. But even after calling the Message Centre No; found it switched-off. God knows when this BSNL gear up it’s standards in customer care in attending the calls and complaints. Very poor service.

Sir, Recently I shifted to Nestham in which we are given 200 sms free every month. but unfortunately and surprisingly for every sms, three to four sms are being cut. I tried customer care centre whoich is also futile. Even some of my friends who shifted to Nestham scheme area also facing. we feel it is cheating and disappointing that unnecessarily our free sms are going waste for which we are entitled to…Please look into this and suggest a way out. Great plan from Great Indian Operator, only 5 numbers not good it should be 10 numbers.
