India’s National Telecom Backbone and Pan India 3G mobile service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today launched fully loaded “Haryana Special F&F Prepaid Plan with Free 200 SMS/month and Per second tariff for prospective GSM subscribers in Haryana circle.
BSNL “Haryana Special F&F Prepaid Plan” plan cost for Rs.54 and provides, talk value of Rs.25, Free SMS facility (200 SMS per month).
The Plan also enables its subscribers to make calls to 5 Local Number of any network with in Haryana at reduced call rates 20p/min for BSNL numbers and 40p/min for any other network phone registered under F&F scheme.

mere pass haryana ka sim hai ,jisme maine do tariff load karaye,out going & incoming Rs1 per min aa rahi hai.now i want to reduce the call rate,suggest me.at present i m in navi mumbai.

In Punjab also same plan but 5 BSNL numbers at 10 paisa/min or 5 numbers of other network at 30paisa/minute. And if old customers wants to join this plan then they have to simply do a recharge of Rs.6/- in their old numbers.

In kerala circe bsnl give same offer but fnf call rate is only 10paise and 30paise respectively for onnet call and offnet call. For changing one number it will cost only rs.5 per number.
