Stupid ministers who take money from private companies are really destroying bsnl ‘s gud services… Shame on all of those who r the reason fr this steep hike

    vishwakiran kathi :
    what about free calls while on roaming (eg.mumbai)

    While roaming in Mumbai call to your Pyari jodi registered land line phone will not be free… It will be charged as per roaming 1ps/sec plan that is all calls @ 1.2ps/sec from roaming BSNL or MTNL network.

  • vishwakiran kathi February 25, 2011 6:26 pm

    what about free calls while on roaming (eg.mumbai)

  • Raghu February 19, 2011 12:49 am

    @Rajesh
    yes what i mean to say just get ur money back and then port out i mean to say.

  • Rajesh February 19, 2011 12:07 am

    @Raghu
    changing the cellular service provider is not the solution here, it is about approaching the Dist. Consumer Forum and make bsnl explain in writing about what exactly is offered free, when bandham sim cannot work unless and until we pay out the initial 34 rupees and then get systematically deducted of what ever airtime is offered from their end.

    Offer from bsnl is about a free sim card with unlimited free calls to the home landline no., and for the first month 2k sms are offered free, along with 1gb of browsing.

    When nothing is free about bandham sim card, bsnl is liable to pay all those who had accepted their fraudulent offer with damages.

    I have already got a list of bandham sim card owners who have similar complaints, so I am about to seek justice with exemplary damages.

    NO one is above the Law.

  • Raghu February 17, 2011 11:56 pm

    @Rajesh
    so i think it better to port out of BSNL.

  • Rajesh February 17, 2011 11:52 pm

    bsnl is cheating even my senior citizen mother, who applied for the bandham free unlimited free call sim card.But they have made us pay rupees 34, so what is free?

    the ill informed idiots employed in the call center of bsnl are even worse than the staff of bsnl offices from where we got the bandham sim card.

    bsnl is charging outright from the first call made to our reg. landline no.

    even when we explicitly explained about the problem, they have not rectified the error on their end, which means they are just cheats and frauds, who want to loot all bsnl landline owners with false schemes called ” bandham ”

    sms are charged at half a rupee, while browsing the net on the bandham card is also charged.

    This is Sarkari Chori, khulle aam.

    shame on useless bsnl.

  • dinakar February 15, 2011 1:22 am

    after using 1 month, if i need again free sms, is there any recharge to get 2000 sms.

  • Emad February 12, 2011 8:29 pm

    That’s why people refrain themselves from taking BSNL
    shame on our so called national telecom backbone
    same cases happened many times with me also yesterday they deducted my 35 rupees while browsing as i have gprs pak on my number but balance deducted from main balance.
    C.C. frogs dont know anything except tarrr…. tarrrr…. BSNL is loosing a big opportunity to improve their images the sleepy babu’s are destroying our NATIONAL TELECOM operator

  • Thilak February 12, 2011 7:27 pm

    Another issue with BSNL Bandham is that they say 2000 SMS and 1000MB GPRS is free. Although SMS is working fine the GPRS is another failure. When you access GPRS it is not free.. The 1000MB balance always stays the same and your cash balance gets deducted. Any number of calls to customer care and a written complaint to BSNL does not resolve the problem. As all these people handling customer care calls or sittting in the customer care cells of BSNL are half knowledge idiots. No idea of how things work or why things fail. SO expecting a senior manager to look into this problem.

  • Thilak February 12, 2011 7:23 pm

    BSNL guys are idiots. No sense of how things work. I have taken the Bandham sim and got it activated. The calls to landline are free. But when I try to register another BSNL number for reduced calls of 20p/min it doesnt work. Although I get the SMS response that number is already existing I am charged at the regular rate of 1p/min. I have sent the FFE SMS a dozen times. When I visit the BSNL office the idiots there say either server failure or try again. Another silly response is that I should register all three numbers. It fails with one number. Such idiots enjoying government jobs. So pathetic. I sincerely hope that some senior and intellectual manager would have a look at the responses/complaints and attempt to resolve the same.

    hey
    can any one tell whether i can give all 3 local numbers instead of two local and 1 std numbers

  • Saaketh January 20, 2011 3:01 pm

    I took the BSNL simcard under the Bandham plan. I found out that I had to send an sms to activate it. In BSNL AP’s page, http://www.ap.bsnl.co.in/flashapnews/bandham.htm

    it says reduced charges to two local mobile numbers and one std mobile number. So on the whole (including landline number) i should enter 4 numbers while activating. But the customer care center told me to enter one landline number with std code and two local mobile phone numbers. what about the std number??

  • Venky Ram November 28, 2010 12:28 pm

    @nsr Murty
    i took the number in this plan and it activated once i recharged with 34 FRC.
    you try 1503 instead of 9400024365 and your query will be resolved ASAP.

  • nsr Murty November 28, 2010 6:57 am

    I took Bandham SIM Mob No 8985776373, activated on 27th Nov at 11AM. Calls to my registered LL continued to be charged!! Tried your94000 24365 Toll free no 4times, each time it took waiting of 20-30mts. At last I got some at 2345hrs!![my local BSNL staff did not know]. He told me to to activate FFE with 4 numbers, the first one being my registered LL with STD codes. Never told me where to send the SMS!! in the morning at 0630 after a struggle of 30mts got a lady online telling me FFE only 3 Nos, all with zero starting. I saw the SMS destination No. from net and sent the SMS. got a reply””the added FN is the number that can not be set””. what a confusion and in sufficient information, irresponsible way BSNL call centres deal with the poor public who still stick to BSNL.
