As far as bsnl continues with stv135 we do not want to bother on any tariff hikes. Activate this stv using sms. Only Rs 120.15 will be deducted from your main balance and you will get 400mins of local/STD to any network ie each call cost is just 30ps/min. Dont activate this stv through any website or shops, you will be charged Rs 135.

SDee January 29, 2013 at 1:57 am
here the trend continues – They increased the tariff but if a user needs the old then use these STV to call else endup paying more ….
A new trend to pick customers pocket being applied by all operators…
Mahmood Junaid January 29, 2013 at 12:07 am
There is one thing… bcoz ifbwe do any ofr to cut the call cost we should add the cost of it also to call charge… but in this case its included… and also 400mins vl b enough for most of dem
sandy January 28, 2013 at 11:33 pm
There is nothing special in STV 135. If you calculate.. Its just equal to 30p /min with the validity 30 days
S.Sudhakar January 28, 2013 at 8:40 pm
Waste. Better put Rs.44 booster (Tamilnadu) and enjoy all local calls at Rs.0.01 for 2 seconds (except during 5 blackout days).
ashutosh January 28, 2013 at 8:09 pm
bsnl and aircel should review their sms plans resumed to earlier packs”’

Useless STV, no stv for std calls at low rate in Odisha circle.
Jagannath January 28, 2013 at 10:08 pm
Use STV 75 (30days) or STV 205 (90days)..
BSNL to BSNL @ 20p/min & others @ 40p/min
All Roaming incoming/outgoing @ 49p/min within India
sanoj January 28, 2013 at 4:48 pm
