BSNL Launches 3G Mobile Services in 11 Cities of Himachal Pradesh
India’s National Telecom Backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced the launch of its 3G GSM mobile and High Speed Wireless Intentet services (Data services) in 11 cities/towns of Himachal Pradesh telecom circle.
The next generation BSNL 3G Mobile and Data services is now available in Recong-peo the headquarters of Kinnuar district, Theog, Lafughati, Thailoghati, Bragli, Kaithnalai, Kalbag, Teel, Bailan, Kason and Gangali. Aprat from above cities/towns the operator also enhanced 3G Network in the state capital city Shimla by installing 16 new 3G BTS (Mobile Tower) which cover Auckland, Himland, Broadview hotel, Sanjauli and Chakker outskirts in Shimla and some more areas in the upper hills.
With the 3G Mobile and Data services,BSNL can offer Video calls, high-speed Internet with speed Up to 3.6 Mbps, High Quality Multimedia services. It also supports global roaming and live Mobile TV facility.

What about hamirpur and other districts bsnl has launched its 3g service very slow and also there which areas are hilly and there will lot ofdifficulties about network and i am damn sure about it. i mean they do not know how much problem we are having when we surf the net and if i compare the speed of 3g and broadband which bsnl provides they still have to do a lot of work because now the words i am going to say now please read carefully . My brother leaves in canada and he says that we get 8 mbps speed in toronto and you are still getting less than 2mbps.i mean india is still behind the world man and i do not what would happen of india? there is corruption, population, still a huge people below the powerty line and a lots of areas without mobile network. My bro says if our govt. want so they can use hydrogen as a fuel and make a healthy environment but govt. is greedy, corrupted and worlds slowest govt. i mean we have our PM who do every thing which soniya gandhi says. my bro say india RAM bharose chala h
dude u better ask your brother to get back to india and work for our own country …. i’ve been in germany for my internship and i used to download at 40 mbps …. 8 mbps is way behind it …. instead of scolding and nagging about our motherindia u better hail her ….. appreciate the effort of BSNL that it has launched 3g …. gradually all the shortcomings ‘ll b rectified …. i am using 3g service in himachal also and im quite satisfied with it …. i get a downloading speed of almost 1 mbps ,,,, and honestly i feel content in it …. and i guess that much speed is optimum for important works ,,,, ain’t it ..?? ab agar aapko issey jyada speed chahiye to yaar aap apne bhai ke paas hi chale jao CANADA mein ….. after all we live in democratic country …. we’re free 2 go anywhere …..
