Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced the launch of 3 new Special Tariff Vouchers (STV) for Rs.135, Rs.59 and Rs.29 for its 2G and 3G Mobile subscribers across all circles.
STV- 135 :
With BSNL’s new STV-135, BSNL customers will get 400 minutes which can be utilized for Local or STD calls on any network anwhere in India for a period of 30 days from the date of recharge. With this STV the effective call charges for local and STD calls is just 33p/min approx.
STV- 59 :
While with new STV of Rs.59 , subscriber will get the same benefits Truly Unlimited Local and STD callings on any BSNL number across India between 11pm to 6am. This STV comes with tariff validity of 15 days from the date of activation.
STV- 29 :
The 3rd new STV of Rs.29 offers 300 Minutes for Night Calling to any BSNL numbers (Local/STD) between 11pm to 6am. This STV comes with tariff validity of 30 days from the date of recharge.
These new STVs will be available to BSNL 2G and 3G Prepaid customers from 1st June 2012 across all circles.

There is currently no way to know your remaining balance free minutes at least in Kolkata. BSNL support confirms this, they say you have to call and know how much balance left.
Only BSNL can say this and then say.. I hope I have been able to assist you, have a nice day.

stv135 can be activated through sms which will cost only Rs!20. So the call cost is,equivalent to 30ps. This works during roaming also

The plan is too great but in maharashtra region, retailers don’t know about this plan.
I recieved this message today and went to retailer but they don’t know about this plan and this recharge is also not available on internet..

Saw in telecom-talk, Good Offer, went to Karnataka’s BSNL website, I am surprised.
COZ karnataka.bsnl.co.in page opened, tried since last 2 months most of the time, it will throw page error. AND this news updated in website.(300 minute free with 26/- for karnataka)
Finally went to retailer and recharged 26 C-topup and confirmation came to my mobile.
Tried calling to BSNL local at 23:15, money deducted from main talk time.
Spoke twice to customer care, they told, no information given to us about this plan.
Good plan- WASTE BSNL SERVICE- WASTE BSNL EMPLOYEEs- WASTE BSNL MGMT.

This would much better if bsnl offer 400 min plan on second plus rate.
