i have been using BSNL for the past 4-5 years ,and i dnt feel any of these probs. Complaints will occur, that occurs in all operators. No other service providers had given plans like SUDENTS SUVIDHA,MITHRAM plans etc.We can trust BSNL with its good coverage area, which no others can give…all other service providers will soon rearrange their sms plans too coz of trai regulations.

BSNL will lose all their customers. Idea has better sms offers.. BSNL sms delivery system also very poor.

BSNL is taking more advantage where they are having more customers. In neighboring state Tamilnadu, they don’t have much customers are they are giving good offers. For Rs 56 SMS pack they are giving 6000 Local or National SMS for 60 Days. But in Kerala, Rs 92 for 6000 SMS and only for 30 Days… :(

costly plan compare to pvt operators….but better for bsnl users who lives in remote areas as no operator has coverage like bsnl.

Such a pathetic SMS plan. Please don’t loot customers like this. RGSM is offering 6000 SMS (200/Day) for Rs. 39.
