India’s National Telecom Backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced the launch of 11 new Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) for its GSM mobile service (per Second Plan and per minute plan) subscribers in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh telecom circle.
BSNL’s new STV of Rs.50 will provide Own Net local callings facility at 1 paisa for 3 Seconds and it will be applicable to 2G Prepaid subscribers in MP CG telecom circle.The STV-50 comes with the validity for 30 days from the date of recharge.
In the Bucket of New Special Tariff Vouchers (Add-on Plans) lots of super attractive add-on plans are included like Any Network Local call @30p, Unlimited Local and STD Call Plan-30, SMS packs, Local call @ 10 paisa and more.
The Unlimited Own Net Calling Pack of Rs.30 allows BSN Prepaid customers to make unlimited Local and STD calls to any BSNL mobile and Land line numbers anywhere in India for One Day.

other company provides better top ups. reliance 149 reliance free, video con 56 video con free. why not in bsnl. bsnl charge 300 for bsnl free calling is high rate.

Too many flaws in BSNL’s STV.. for eg there is STV for SMS but there is no number by which we can find out our remaining sms..
BSNL is giving choices in STV but still its charges are too much as compared to other networks..
Still for making lower call rates its taking much amount in monthly in other networks,for the same amount we get the tarrif of 6 months or yearly..
I think VODAFONE,DOCOMO is giving wide range of choices wid resonable charge..

Really too much choice for customer.
When MTNL Delhi will launch these types of offer.
Even there is no voucher for STD sms, only for local that is Rs. 30 with 600 local sms only..

But almost all the above offers are on pan india basis. Only 1 or 2 stv’s are not available in a circle due to some reasons.

This above STV applicable to all West zone circles also… Mostly all plan are same in Maharashtra& Goa, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh Circles.
Rest of India’s Zone has different plans except west zone.
For Ex:- West zone is not having GPRS plans for prepaid users and also not 3G services until yet but Rest of India’s Zone has it… and also 1ps/sms at rs.13 month not applicable for west zone..

Is it Pan India offer, if it is applicable to all India then BSNL is doing good. Coverage is the main issue, Dear BSNL Team see that Call Drops must be Zero.
