India’s National telecom Backbone and GSM service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) announced the launch of SMS Based activation facility for all newly launched Special Tariff Vouchers in Karnataka telecom circle.
This faculty allows Migration to new Special tariff Plans and activate Boosters facility For Example if customer wants to recharge with STV-13 for Unlimited Free Incoming calls while National Roaming, He/She can activate it just by one simple sms STVVOICE13 to 53733 (toll free).
With the SMS based activation of STV subscriber also can save few rupees like for Roaming STV-13 subscriber will be charged just Rs.11.79 in stead of Rs.13 from his prepaid account balance.
With the SMS based STV recharge or Activation of Voice STV through SMS, customer who has enough balance in their account can change their tariff plan or recharge with desired STV or Boosters without going Retailer or BSNL outlets to get mobile recharged.

Well BSNL is Excellent In Coverage But Not in Quality They also Focus On Quality Too. TATA DOCOMO is Good For Nothing Operator in KTK. Comparing With The Service/Coverage Of Idea/AirTel/Vodafone/BSNL/Aircel/Uninor TD Is Useless. Even With Their Detoriated Speed in 2G and 3G Let Me To Port Out From Docomo To Idea.

bsnl is poor in customer care service needs to improve a lot, i don’t know why bsnl is not giving 90 days and one day booster pack.

I am confused with STV-13, free incoming while roaming. Can any one clear my doubt that while roaming in BSNL network the incoming free or in coming calls from BSNL network are free?

No its not true all above boosters working fine here in karnatka, might be possible you tried old stv which may be withdrawn by bsnl so problem occurred. try new stv.

This is nöt working. Money wil cut. But plan wil nöt activate. I lost rs.22 by activating sms pck by this twice. Cc people are helpless. They r telling technical problem. They wil not refund money also.
