My relative had problem with international calls. He tred to call customer care a number of times. but of no use. I regret the day I advised him to port in to bsnl from airtel. bsnl employees know that they will be paid their salary even if they dont react to customers call. I am planning to port out from bsnl to some private service provider

When will BSNL think of improving its 2G/3G services in state of Maharashtra?
When will BSNL listen to customers’ grievances in Maharashtra?

    BSNL ….do something for Maharashtra……….

Iam going to ask a question data card.Sorry to hi jack this thread as it is latest.
Currently using BSNL 3G (only for data) eiether in Android phone or Voda data card 3565
(3.6 mbps) ( It is not locked and in Win 7 can connect directly by passing Voda software)
considering the following 7.2 mbps data cards.
Voda 3575 @ rs 1900-( no free data) Not sure whether it is same as 3565 (un locked)
Airtel Huawei E1731 -special offer @ rs 2000 (no free data)-Easy to use other sims?
Docomo-ZTE-MF632-7.2 mbps- performance & ease of use non Docomo sims?
Reliance-ZTE MF190/ Huawei E173 (both 7.2 mbps )(around Rs 2200) -they say it is un locked—- Kindly any user who is using Reliance 3G (GSM ) above card confirm using with other sims.

BSNL is just like an elephant. Actually, it is not fully aware of its strength and capacities. That is why private providers are making advantages. If BSNL decides to act in tune with the time, definitely it can show wonders.

    +1 very true!

You said it quite correctly – “to act in tune with the time” and not in line with the private players who intend to cartel and dent holes in the pockets of unwary subscribers…!

Sir Everyone knows BSNL is the best in Telecom sector. And it can destroy any and all companies present in Indian Telecom sector but the only reason for all the problems is few thousand people who make policies and controls it(I dont want to blame them, hope u will understand what i want to say). If it is allowed freely to compete in market and allowed capacity expansions it will wipe the market. Thats y these changes are not allowed to happen in BSNL by all the means(External and Internal ones). And Still this is the best company.

the reason is not only the people who make policies and controls but also some employees. I saw that the lunch break time of employees in kannur is only less than 20 minutes. the high success of bsnl services in kerala circle is only due to the full support of employees.
