The information on the website about tariff is a trick.
    http://bsnl.co.in/service/blackberry/bb_tariff.html
it shows that for prepaid connections the amount is Rs 271 then below that it says service taxes applicable.. its an eye wash. we have to pay exactly Rs 299 at the end..and it creates confusion. even most of the BSNL staff in their customer care centers do not have much information. They are all under-trained. They are all in a hurry to push the 3G connections without caring about the needs of the existing 2G customers.. BSNL will always be BSNL!!
    very poor customer care..

We thought that the most deprived BSNL circle is Calcutta Telephones till today but according to you its the Maharashtra&Goa circle which is quite astonishing..It seems that Calcutta Telephones is now moving towards restoring its lost glory

Plan B is really good. But Plan C is costlier than Airtel/Vodafone.
