if BSNL really thinks for the welfare of personnel of central armed forces, then the three main defence forces of our country(Army,Air force and Navy)especially Indian Air Force personnel…because they have to go here and there with aircrafts to serve the country….

Sir, I am working as Sub.Inspector in RPF/Southern Railway. The RPF is one of the para military Force under Ministry of Railways. However, on enquiry BSNL authorities refuced to grant this plan for RPF saying that RPF is not listed in the para military force as given by the MHA. But we are getting all other benefits which are admissible to para military Forces. It is unfortunate that RPF /RPSF people who are generally deployinng all over India depriving of the facility. So please look into the matter and the facility may kindly be extended to RPF/RPSF too. ( Railway Protection Foorce/Railway Protection Special Force)

  • Babu July 26, 2011 11:14 am

Sir, I am working in CISF at Nagpur, When we enquired the Rakshak plan from the BSNL office they answered that the plan not yet launched at Maharastra, Kindly clarify whether the plan launched in Maharastra(Nagpur) or other other wise. If not yet launched kindly intimate me when it is going to launch. I thnik it is very useful to the paramilitary force personnel.

  • Aditya July 3, 2011 11:43 am

That is the only name of Rakshak Plan but do have any special facility, and no any correct information regarding incoming charges while in roming, customer care do’t have any information regarding incoming charges, if incoming charges not free while roming then what a propose to buy BSNL Rakshak plan, because out going charges is already Rs 0.49/ per min (other network in Tripura provided Rs 0.40/Per Min), if incoming charges not free then no need to buy this facility because Rs 299 is rental and if also paid incoming charges then no need to this facility, I have already Rakshk Plan but after confirmation it is clear that incoming free but when calling from home No. If BSNL thinking about Paramility person who is deployed on Border in extrim hard area then some special facility provided for us, this is the normal facility of 99 Plan not a special for Paramilitry. Every one clear before buy.

  • Prabhat June 26, 2011 12:27 pm

A good plan but not clear about incoming call while in roaming is free for both the number or main number only.kindly clarify if anybody is clear on the issue.secondly
it would have been far better if freebies would have been available all over the india.thirdly it should have 1 paisa per second pulse.I hope same should be conveyed to our telecom minister

  • INDIAN April 6, 2011 2:52 pm

Iserved in bsf as a inspector posted at mizoram rakshak plan a good plan if a sim total roaming free sim.

  • SATYENDRA KUMAR April 5, 2011 9:55 am

Myself serving in BSF as Inspector….presently posted at Tripura. Rakshak Plan would be more useful if limit (30 mints) exempts. Although no border men has time to talk more then 10 to 15 mints due to serving at hilly remote area where v gets oxigen rarely. Only for few mints / days v can get frequent network and for the duration of talking inbetween 2 sims can be extended. So if BSNL really thinking about Paramilitary force specially border men ….time limit must be exempted…. any ways…thanks to BSNL …they thinks abt soldiers….

  • Gautam Kumar April 3, 2011 8:13 pm

I am working in Border Security Force as a accountant. feed back collected by my office from all troops. They are agree to choose rakshak plan but all troops wants to provide free calls between these two nos (Main sim and home sim)without restriction of 30 mins per day. than u bsnl for thinkin about force.
