Complete wastage of Money…..Better go for Local pack from AIRCEL and recharge another number with STD packs at around 35-40Rs for 100 STD minutes…

STD pack Rs 35-40 for 100 minutes is too much. I have RGSM without any Pack with all calls (Local & STD) with Rs. 1 for 3 min, but still use BSNL’s unlimited STD plan on my another SIM to save money.

All telecom companies are on the way to hike tariff. But we can’t expect it from BSNL. After all companies bsnl also hiked SMS voucher plan, Call rates and GPRS.
BSNL dont hike call rates & add more consumers otherwise face bullshit

People using BSNL only because of its coverage. Now Airtel, Idea coverage is almost equal to BSNL.. BSNL is already in loss. If they don’t reduce their plan price, Soon they will shut down their business… Its better some private company take over BSNL Or make it private.. Government can’t handle it..

Don’t post false comments man. Mention the circle also. In Tamilnadu, BSNL is providing EXCELLENT COVERAGE in remote areas. No operators can near BSNL in terms of coverage.

Idea is waste. But call rate is cheap.

Its u who is posting false comments. I am frm Chennai. I was using BSNL for a long time. If there is any network whose call quality is poor it is BSNL. Their network is pathetic. Its Airtel which is providing excellent coverage all through the Chennai/ TN circle

I think BSNL is trying to minimise its lose by doing these steps but sorry people will port out from BSNL due to these price hike. Particularly in ODISHA Vodfone Aircel and reliance Idea has onnet unlimited pack at RS 249. and also all these companies have a best pack that is in between price of RS 130 for onnet 20 hours including Docomo. so why one can pay RS 350 for the same if yo ignore 6PM to 10 PM. so may we seen a heavy MNP in ODISHA for BSNL………..please try to add more customer by creating market attracting STV ….and in this way the only loss you will increase and become bankrupt….

    To telecomtalk :

I am talking about Tamilnadu :
You said that some private operators will charge base tariff for voice calls during the festival days. It is not so here.

You are saying that BSNL has increased on net unlimited STV tariffs. This is also false.

    See this file tamilnadu.bsnl.co.in/CM/AdCirculars/STV%5BBoosters%5D.pdf

Please do not spread false news.

ITS TIME TO SWITCH TO CDMA. RELIANCE CDMA IS PROVIDING GOOD DATA PACKS IN AP CIRCLE. SPEED IS GOOD. RELIANCE CDMA AND GSM HAS VERY GOOD OFFERS AND CDMA NETWORK IS EXCELLENT. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE NOT PROMOTING CDMA!

Don’t blame BSNL. Due to the pressure from Department of Telecommunication only They increased. We can not expect any good tariff until Kapil Sibal is there. Airtel giving pressure to Other companies through Kapil Sibal. Don’t vote to congress next time.

aircel switched off their tower since yesterday in karnataka also (kota/udupi)
when asked about this they said “we dont have network share with tata docomo in some places…. you can port out no problem”
      i have recharged with 67Rs (some 250mb 3g 15days validity ) just 3 days ago
      withdrawn sms offer also
now i have to look for other alternate options such as reliance gsm or virgin gsm

But the 90 days pack are cheaper than the existing and previous 30 days packs. Regular users can opt for 90 days pack.
