does the 2G recharge’s including data plan and BIS plan would work in bsnl 3G. and to my suprise it doesn’t hence it is shameful to use such operator which has biased recharges. nd they charge also 40 rupees for 3G sim while on other hand other operators provide 3G ready sim.so please do update me about the same on the matter

I am using BSNL for last 5 years now. Very happy with it overall. I too faced few issues with service but when i see others getting robbed i feel relieved that i opted for BSNL. The plans BSNL offers are best.

poor network coverage in my area… waiting nearly 1yr 4 months till now bsnl not able to solve my problem… poor customer care when u call any of the bsnl office they will disconnect the call while you are speaking… poor gprs speed sometimes i got 5kbps expensive stv if u think good quality of service for money paid then go for vodafone, tatadocomo. bsnl sometimes bring good plan but stopped by officials.. many bsnl employee don’t know the 2g/3g plans. so, it better to stay away from bsnl.

bsnl had already upgraded the minimum broadband speed to 512 kbps for unlimited plans and plans above rs.500, they are providing 256 kbps plan only to 1GB users only.
