India’s National Telecom Backbone and 3rd largest mobile operator State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam (Ltd) today announced the launch of ’PAY PER SECOND’ tariff plan for its GSM prepaid subscriber across India.
BSNL, often accused of out of trend, starts second pulse offer for all telecom circle across India with STV45.

This tariff will be valid for 30 days.
According to BSNL website, this tariff will be effective with effect from 15.10.2009 over all circles across India.

hi friends
i have a big doubt.is the bsnl internet is too good or average………..?
vinod November 5, 2009 at 9:10 pm
Y student suvidha is not having this facility of 1second pulse rate????
ishan November 3, 2009 at 5:18 pm
wake up bsnl !!! wake up..
bsnl’s pay per sec plan is the costliest in the market compared to other pay per second plan available in the market..other operators like vodafone,airtel is giving the same plan with a annual charge of rs.60-70 only.though in case of vodafone there is a daily deduction of 50p is there in some circles.so bsnl increase the validity(atleast to 6 months) of this STV 45 as soon as possible.

@sreya
BSNL network is better than that of docomo and aircel, no doubt about that
priya October 26, 2009 at 8:31 pm
@shikhar pandey
U hav to buy a special tariff Voucher of Rs 45 and need to recharge every month to get this tariff.
sreya October 26, 2009 at 8:26 pm
I think BSNL only have launched per second scheme all over india. Aircel is cheating their customers in Tamil Nadu without giving their per second scheme where in other circles wher they hav less customers, introduced the same to grab more fools. Docomos network coverage and quality is very disappointing.
Eashan Sharma October 24, 2009 at 5:04 pm
hi, everyone pls tell me this schme is best or not. and how this activated in maharashtra…
shikhar pandey October 24, 2009 at 7:22 am

Suchisuvra Sen October 20, 2009 at 7:41 pm
not good offer,I would suggest to have Aircel connection,not Tata Doocmo.They have worst network………..
Prabhul October 20, 2009 at 5:58 pm
Guyz.. what abt the other big brothers? Vodafone, airtel and idea in kerala circle still charges Rs 1 per minute and 60 paise per minute with Rs 39 recharge on every month. Comparing to this, BSNLs offer is much better as they hav wide network coverage across the country. I think those big brothers still dont have heard abt the per second pulse. idea and Vodafone gives pay per second rate only in the circles where they have poor coverage. Airtel, the giant having 10 crore customers across the country is still have not lounched any pay per second rate.
Devraj October 20, 2009 at 5:04 pm
I think BSNL will launch plan like TATA DOCOMO after some time
priya October 20, 2009 at 2:18 pm
I’m from Hyderabad. BSNL has excellent coverage. When I travel from Hyd to Mumbai in train … for most of the time BSNL network is on. Even Airtel sucks in that matter. I think BSNL rocks
Fahad October 20, 2009 at 9:20 am
Bsnl your offer’s are not worth…throw your silly offers in gutter…
Why dont these guys thnk before launchng thr silly products..
Suchisuvra Sen October 18, 2009 at 6:05 pm
Don’t compare BSNL with Tata Docomo who have worst service in Kolkata at this stage.If they have good network,then they will not give you this offer.Aircel have standard network at this stage.I am not getting any signal of Tata Docomo at my 2nd floor of my home at Barasat.
Rahul October 18, 2009 at 4:59 pm

@kaushik
you are right kaushik
RDB October 18, 2009 at 8:40 am
think logically: TataDocomo/aircel offering it at no extra cost, all other operators charge xtra per month ! so BSNL is nt doing wrong, but it could be cheaper!
sreedhar October 18, 2009 at 7:57 am
i paise per second means 60 paise per minute. Airtel offers 10 paise per minute. So is it profitable or not?
kaushik October 18, 2009 at 7:52 am
TATA DOCOMO EFFECT
RDB October 18, 2009 at 6:07 am
@B Gupta
yes for Kolkata n RoB circle is treated as same circle !

Bikash October 17, 2009 at 11:23 pm

Rahul October 17, 2009 at 9:49 pm
Monthly 45 recharge kon karega.
Isse behtar to aircel , docomo hai.
Rahul October 17, 2009 at 9:45 pm
Leding the flop conection of Bsnl.
saumya rai October 17, 2009 at 9:45 pm
its not a good tarrif
Anirban Bhattacharjee October 17, 2009 at 9:43 pm
BSNL kabhi bhi offer thik tarah soch ke nahi deta.
Where DOCOMO, Aircel (some circle) [also Vodafone & Idea] given 1p/sec local+std without any monthly expense, BSNL std 2p/sec.
The time has gone when BSNL said “Hindustan bol raha hai” with crystal clear voice quality. Now Airtel & Vodafone give very good service everywhere.
Think BSNL think. When MNP will come where you stand in the operator list, you don’t know about that.
B Gupta October 17, 2009 at 9:09 pm
@RDB
Are those calls between CTD and WBTC come under these per second schemes?
Sp October 17, 2009 at 7:46 pm
airtel mein 41 rs mein 1 year ka promo. rgsm 48 lifetime promo. bsnl too costly. bakwas offer.
Sp October 17, 2009 at 7:40 pm
Aircel and DOCOMO same offer free for lifetime. Rs 45 for 1 month.
