BSNL ALL Calls at 49p/Min Prepaid Plan In Details
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) the leading GSM Mobile service operator recently announced new tariff plan which allow its GSM mobile customers to make all local, STD and Roaming calls at just 49 paisa to anywhere in India.
BSNL Special Tariff Voucher dubbed as ALL@49 comes at Rs.49 with six month tariff validity and Rs.99 with 12 months tariff validity (In Some circles cost of STV is lower or different) is available to its prepaid GSM Mobile subscribers across India. The new STV offers reduced tariff for all Local, STD and National Roaming calls at just 49 paisa to any network across India.

yes its possible..just recharge with the BSNL all @ 49paisa STV..
Just wanted to clarify.According to BSNL Website of TN and Chennai-:In TamilNadu & Chennai telecom circles,the offer is Rs.49(3 month) OR Rs.101(6 month)i.e. Rs.101 is valid for 6 months only and not 12 months as stated.
Validity charge for prepatd user are very high
bsnl chennai and TN circle all at 49 plan rs49 valid 3months and rs101 valid for 6months only. I recharged with 49 and got only 90 days validity.
