Beam Fiber customers can enjoy more downloads at Jet Speeds as the FUP limits have been increased by up to 50%. The base plan which used to come with FUP of 20 GB will now have 30 GB, an increase by 50%. The changes came in to effect on 31 July 2014 midnight. Here are the change details:

Incidentally being a Beam customer myself I noticed higher FUP of 35 GB (in place of 25 GB) last night but the site displayed older FUPs. Hence, I was expecting a change very soon!

Wi-Fi router at Rs. 1499

Beam's own Wi-Fi router that normally sells for Rs. 2000 is now available for Rs. 1499 + taxes for a limited period. The router also comes with lifetime service.

It may be noted that Beam is probably the only ISP in India which has forced BSNL to change plans to match Beam's! We believe Beam's best offerings just became more attractive with these new changes.
