Airtel starts offering Platinum 3G for customers in Odisha

Bharti Airtel, today announced the launch of its Platinum 3G network for customers in Odisha.

Airtel’s Platinum 3G will deliver faster internet speeds, enhance voice clarity and offer a superior network experience for customers in the circle. Additionally, Platinum 3G will help optimize the backend engagement between the network and mobile devices, thus allowing customers to enjoy extended battery life on their phones.

Commenting on the launch of Platinum 3G, Ravindra Singh Negi, CEO - West Bengal & Odisha, Bharti Airtel said, “As a leader in the telecommunication space, it is our endeavor at Airtel to consistently innovate and make investments that help us move closer to our vision of delivering a seamless network experience to our customers. Also speaking at the occasion, Sameer Anjaria, COO – Odisha Telecom Circle, Bharti Airtel said, "Today we are pleased to offer Platinum 3G services to our customers across 27 towns in Odisha and are committed to rapidly expand the Platinum 3G network to have the largest 3G footprint in the state"

Earlier in July 2015, Airtel had introduced 4G services in Odisha. With Airtel 4G and Platinum 3G both available in the circle now, Airtel is uniquely positioned to become the only network in Odisha to leverage these world class technologies towards delivering the ultimate ‘Smartphone Network’ experience for its customers.
