already we paid the Rs.600 for Data card requirement for Free offer of 3G Rs.450.00 Refundable.
but still we have not received any data card and not proper resaon.
please solve my problem or refund my Rs. 600.00 immideatly.

i think airtel 3g datacard doesnt seems to be working on win8 64 bit os. after all it is designed for win7 64 bit

its services is very bad…..and the costomer secvices….i dont want say about them…..they dont complte their comttmnt to the costomers…..they make fool the costmrs…..frnds i segss u dont use the airtel 3g

This is complete crap. I am not sure if nodal officer is alive. Customer care sucks. no body in airtel knows about this offer.

Airtel west bengal give roaming free incoming service. today i feel they do not cut roaming charge in use on jharkhand. i use airtel west bengal sim in jharkhand with 0 balance.they provide free incoming with 0 balance in roaming on jharkhand. But airtel jharkhand do not provide roaming free incoming in west bengal.

afaik, the very latest AirHELL modems can NOT be unlocked easily… Earlier ones can be unlocked by firmware-downgrading… But that option was also closed by now…

Need to find out the model number and make of the data card to find out whether it is unlockable using the imei number, also what is the bundled data usage and first month rental, and whether service disconnection request will be entertained within the first billing cycle so as to have complete ownership of modem after first month rental, then the unlocked modem can be used with the 3G sim of another operator offering cheaper tariff plans
