@Bipul
Use ICICI internet banking. It requires an OTP sent on registered users mobile to LOGIN and not for transaction. For transaction verification, they have different system called number against letters grid for net banking and 3D secure PIN for card payments (its RBI rule to have 3D secure password compulsory).
There is an increasing need of high security for web sites which contain sensitive information and OTP is BEST and MOST effective way as passwords are never stored on servers and no question of multiple accounts being hijacked by hackers, which is happening often these days.

Airtel is not even able to inform tariff details for prepaid users on its website as it alsway shows Error 401 or something like that.

Please contact the server administrator, you @ your .address and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

IBM_HTTP_Server Server at airtel.in Port 80″
This is how Airtel.in. trouble some site. morechances to loose money while making e-payment due to transaction timeout. Difficult to get unbilled usage/ others tabs or even the feedback section working

Uninor is the worst ,As Uninor License are cancelled, They have started once again to deduct money from every customer by activating any VAS from their side and not giving any refund. TRIA SHOULD TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST UNINOR . And Why Uninor does not Have My account Services on their Website?????
HARSHAD February 12, 2012 at 10:05 am

KOU§IK February 12, 2012 at 9:32 am
Can any 1 tell me what is the default PIN2 of Airtel ?
Bipul February 12, 2012 at 9:22 am
@ anuj OTP concept is used to verify any txn. not for login by banks.
Here also OTP concept should be used to activate/deactive the services or reset the password only, not for login.
Bcoz due to this OTP I cant manage my family members prepaid a/c.
Every time I have to ask the OTP received on their mob. from parents.
As a security measure on every login AIRTEL should send the login alert sms to customer…but customer should be given an option to set his/her own login password…!!!!

Really FUCK by airtel….Bakwass company…for itemised bill. it’s cost is 50/- per requsted month
Saurabh February 11, 2012 at 8:29 pm
Go to airtel.in In My account section on right side of main page, click on Choose Product then click prepaid.
Saurabh February 11, 2012 at 8:26 pm
I have always criticized Airtel, either because of their bad network in Haryana or flexibility in online recharge but I really liked this service. I don’t have to keep track of my recharges as I always recharge through my net-banking account as all operator list is available there and I can see all in my statement.
But this My Account service is good for those who recharge from retailers. It’s better than Docomo’s service as we can get details for last 6 months. Besides this VAS/3G activation is also good and we can also request itemised billing for just Rs.50 which is not bad at all. I would call it one of the best as compared with Tata or Vodafone or Reliance.
Good Share, TT.

the post about airtel prepaid manage account is totally bakwas, since last night and till now i cant find any link
anuj February 11, 2012 at 7:06 pm
@Bipul
What you said worst part of service is technically a BEST part of this service. This method is so effective and ensures best security against hacking and phishing or any type of misuse. It is known as One Time Password (OTP). Even banks are using this method for login to online banking.
Also, balance, VAS details are getting updated regularly. Only last recharges history information takes 24 hrs to update.
anuj February 11, 2012 at 6:59 pm
i never knew about STD call charges to LL from my no. got to know about it because of this service! its a nice move by airtel. getting accurate info by just few clicks!
Bipul February 11, 2012 at 6:31 pm
Every time customer is required to enter the password sent to mobile…..u cant set/change your own password….worst part of this service frm airtel…..
Reliance my a/c services are far better. And also they clubbed their all products in single login….but airtel not.
Their balance update is also in REAL TIME. But airtel takes(as it says) 24 hrs for any a/c update…!!!!
VAS pack actvn/deactvn and last recharge details/puk code/imei no/handset model no./tariff/balance deduction are good part of airtel.

This one is cool. Very easy to use and very useful. Airtel rocks. Also love the music store on Airtel.in
Kishan February 10, 2012 at 9:56 pm
where is this option …????
please help me
Abhijith February 10, 2012 at 9:35 pm
Nice doing airtel . . . . Should come down and reach customers to get customers faith . .
Pinaki Roy February 10, 2012 at 9:04 pm
But there is no relief from those VASes activated from service providers’ end without customer consent. You can stop it, but the deducted amount will not refunded, because all service providers said that the very customer had requested for that service. I have a bitter experience from Airtel and Smart.
ashwani February 10, 2012 at 8:54 pm
good service but airtel.in site not shown this service i found this service but not found for prepaid
SIVA February 10, 2012 at 8:29 pm

Abadan Mohapatra February 10, 2012 at 8:23 pm
Options are really good. Badly needed it. Expecting the same service some day from BSNL.
Sudhakar February 10, 2012 at 8:07 pm
Not working here. There is no such option.
Kiran Reddy February 10, 2012 at 8:00 pm
It needs further tuning, its being timed out for every 2 minutes. But a good service for prepaid users.
Kiran Reddy February 10, 2012 at 7:52 pm
Really a good service at first look!!
