My Mobile number is 9967459893 . I am unable to activate any data plans. Every time I type in 3G and send it to 121, I get the data plan option. I then choose the plan and select 1 to activate it. I get a confirmation message saying thank you, it will be activated within 4 hours.
After that this message comes that says ” Dear Customer, We already have a provisioning request under processing. Please wait while we process your request”. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks or so.
All calls to CC have been useless as every time they say we will activate the plan sir and the same SMS comes up. I have even tried deactivating 3G but no avail. Every time the same SMS.?
